The Telepathic Center functions also as a Universal Translator between different extraterrestrial civilizations that have different languages, way of thinking, and communication. As I understand it, the Telepathic Central Translating computer builds a personality and language capability profile. The translation includes matching definitions and issues that are known to me. I once asked a complicated question, the translating computer reported that I since I didn't have the basic understanding of the issue, it cannot translate the answer for me.

My first communications to The Center were made through an Alien operator. The operators are highly educated Aliens, knowledgeable in many fields. I discovered that I was talking to Alexander, the alien's equivalent to an electronic answering machine. Alexander speaks like a human but he is actually an intelligent program. If I have a medical issue, he usually transfers me to the physician in charge, or to the library if I have a general question.

The Telepathic Central Library is a sophisticated computer program that processes my questions and prepares an answer that I can understand. I believe that a study of my communications with the Telepathic Central answering machine would reveal an interesting machine programming pattern.

I usually initiate communication to the Telepathic Center, but sometimes if I have a pressing question on my mind the communication proceeds unconsciously to The Center, and the answer pops into my mind. The Aliens explained that the Telepathic Center acts as an extension to the individuals knowledge.

One night the Alien medical team received an urgent telepathic call from me. The message stated that I was sick and asked for their urgent help. They hurried to me and found me asleep and in excellent medical condition. They asked me how I felt and I answered telepathically that I felt fine. The next day I did not remember anything. They explained that this was my subconscious that communicated. And that they are used to receive nonsense subconscious messages from humans.

I told this story to Haya and after a good loathe she said that one night her unconsciousness invited (telepathically) her alien medical team to her mother wedding. (Her mother is over 90 years old...).
